I think the build quality on the Prius is better, tbh. They don't have as many noises in the cabin from loose parts, or parts falling off and hitting things in who knows what part of the car. If I bought a M3 today I'd get the RWD. late 2021/2022 Shanghai Model 3s have better build quality than the Prius though.
